SHIPPING & FULFILLMENT

Wild Amen fulfills orders through our trusted print-on-demand production partner, with fulfillment facilities located both within the United States and internationally.

Shipping locations vary depending on the product, size, color, and current inventory availability. 

Shipping Times

Our pieces are printed and fulfilled specifically for each order.

• Domestic Shipping: Delivery times vary depending on the fulfillment facility and shipping carrier.

• International Shipping: Please allow approximately 9–14 days for shipping after production and dispatch.

Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier processing, customs, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, tracking information will be provided through our store.

For orders fulfilled internationally, our production partner provides Shopify with the tracking information for the final delivery carrier, typically USPS for US destinations.

Because of this, your Shopify tracking may not reflect the entire international shipping journey. Tracking updates may be limited initially and generally become more detailed once your package reaches the final delivery network.

**Limited tracking updates do not necessarily mean your package isn't moving.

If you have questions about your shipment or would like an additional tracking update, please contact us. We're happy to check the shipping details available through our production partner!

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

At Wild Amen, we want you to love every piece you receive!

Our pieces are printed and fulfilled through our trusted print-on-demand production partner. Because items are made specifically for each order, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing, fit, personal preference, or change of mind, except where required by applicable law.

We encourage customers to carefully review product descriptions and sizing charts before placing an order.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us at wildamen@outlook.com within 7 days of delivery whenever possible.

Please include:

• Your order number

• A brief description of the issue

• Clear photos showing the problem

Once reviewed, we will work to make it right with an appropriate replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

Because our pieces are made to order, production may begin shortly after your order is placed.

Once production has started, we may be unable to cancel or modify your order.

If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible, and we'll do our best to help.

REFUNDS

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow approximately 5–10 business days for your bank or card provider to process and display the refund.
